GridLocal, operated by GridLocal, operated by Scott McGuckin, sends text messages to people who have requested a visibility scan or report through gridlocal.com, or who have otherwise expressly opted in. Messages include your report notification, follow-ups about your results, scheduling messages, service updates, and occasional promotional offers related to our local marketing services.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form at gridlocal.com and submitting your mobile number. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required to receive a report or make a purchase.
The consent language on our form reads:
> *"Text me my results and follow-ups at this number. I agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from GridLocal. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."*
You may also opt in by texting a keyword to our number, or by giving verbal or written consent that we record.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and stage. Most recipients receive fewer than 8 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. GridLocal does not charge for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Check with your carrier about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message. You'll receive a single confirmation and no further messages from that program.
You may also opt out by emailing smcguckin3@gmail.com or calling . We process all opt-out requests within 10 business days, and typically immediately.
We also honor: QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE.
To rejoin after opting out, submit a new request through gridlocal.com.
Reply HELP to any message for support and contact information. Or email smcguckin3@gmail.com, or call .
Carriers supported include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Information collected through our messaging program is handled per our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

# WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
Eight fields. Reply with these and I'll produce all three as styled pages matching the GridLocal design system, ready to drop on the Worker.
| # | Field | Notes |
|---|-------|-------|
| 1 | `LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME` | Exactly as registered. If GridLocal is a DBA, write it as *"Copper Fox AI Tech LLC, doing business as GridLocal."* Must match your Sunbiz filing character for character — carrier vetting cross-checks it. |
| 2 | `BUSINESS_ADDRESS` | A real mailing address. A registered agent address or PO box is acceptable for the docs; 10DLC registration itself wants a physical business address. |
| 3 | `CONTACT_EMAIL` | `support@gridlocal.com` reads more established than a Gmail. Worth setting up before you register. |
| 4 | `CONTACT_PHONE` | Must be reachable — HELP replies point here. |
| 5 | `STATE` / `COUNTY` | Governing law. Presumably Florida / Hillsborough. |
| 6 | `NOTICE_PERIOD` | Cancellation notice on retainers. I'd suggest 30 days. |
| 7 | `LIABILITY_WINDOW` | Liability cap period. I'd suggest "three (3) months." |
| 8 | `DATE` | Publish date. |
Also needed for the 10DLC submission itself, separately from these pages:

# ORDER OF OPERATIONS
1. Confirm the eight fields above → I produce the styled pages
2. Publish all three at `/privacy`, `/terms`, `/messaging-terms`
3. Deploy the scan tool with the consent checkbox live
4. Screenshot the checkbox in place on the live page
5. Submit the 10DLC brand registration, then the campaign
6. While that sits in vetting — run the first 25 businesses by email and phone. Those channels need none of this, so the waiting period costs you nothing.
---
Not legal advice. These drafts follow current carrier and CTIA requirements and standard practice for this kind of business, but have an attorney review them once before publishing — particularly the limitation of liability and the governing law clause.
